We can offer assistance in the form of:

• Up to 6 months of emergency payment deferrals whereby these required payments will be deferred until after the normal end of your loan agreement
• Reduced monthly payments - an arrangement linked to your affordability, to be reviewed regularly until your circumstances improve
• A combination of the above two forms of assistance
• Not charging any additional interest

Emergency payment deferrals will not adversely impact your credit file and payment arrangements will be reported as such to the Credit Reference Agencies and will not be reported as arrears.
